Our Company
Ler Lum Corporate Restructuring Sdn Bhd is formed in 2013 by Dato’ Dr. Ler Cheng Chye and Mr. Lum Tuck Cheong together with Mr. Matthew Ang and Dr. Amy Lim to streamline its insolvency and restructuring practices in Malaysia in tandem with worldwide development and practices.
Our directors are Dato’ Dr. Ler Cheng Chye, Mr. Lum Tuck Cheong, Mr. Matthew Ang and Mr. John Ler. The day to day business operations is under the purview of Mr. Matthew Ang
