High Court Dismisses Creditor’s Appeal on Proof of Debt

The High Court dismissed wirh cost, an appeal filed by a creditor against the liquidator's rejection of the proof of debt, as the creditor could not produce evidence to the contrary after the liquidator had shown evidence of payment by the company prior to its liquidation which was in excess of the creditor's claim.
