We streamline insolvency and restructure
Pioneers in rehabilitating and reviving abandoned and incompleted development projects in Malaysia
Our licensed liquidators, namely Dato’ Dr. Ler Cheng Chye and Mr. Lum Tuck Cheong were from one of the top 4 International firms and they decided to come out to practice on their own since the early 1980s.
Together, we have completed many insolvency cases, be it in interim receivership or receivership and provisional liquidation or liquidation.
We are the pioneers in rehabilitating and reviving abandoned and/or incomplete development projects in Malaysia through liquidation processes and scheme of arrangements.
To date, we have successfully revived and rehabilitated numerous development projects with or without a white knight developer/contractor as well as government agency.
